Day 01: Bangalore – Mysore (140 km - 04 hr) 

Arrive at Bangalore Airport or Railway Station and meet with our representatives and proceed for Mysore. On the way you can visit Srirangapatanam, famous for the spectacular island fortress, which was the capital of Hyder Ali and his son Tippu Sultan. Then you can also see Daria Doulata – Tippu Sultan’s Summer Palace and Gumbuz – Tippu’s Mausoleum at Srirangapatnam. Then continue your journey to Mysore, the land famous for numerous domes, towers and battlements. Take rest at the hotel on arrival.

Day 02: Mysore

Have breakfast and then get ready to visit the extensive Maharaja’s Palace that is rich with outstanding treasures and ivory inlaid doors. The intricate carvings on the huge palatial doors are a must watch and are lavishly decorated with mirrors, stained glasses, pillars, paintings and jewels. Then you can see St. Philomena’s Church and Mysore Zoo, one of the oldest zoos in the country and was established in 19th century. This zoo houses many endangered species. Then drive for Chamundi Hills to visit huge Nandi Bull statue and then enjoy your evening in the Brindavan Gardens. You can also watch the ornamental garden, the Terrace Gardens that is embellished with Musical Fountains and gets transformed into a dreamland by night with colorful lights, swirling water and melodious music. This garden is situated at the base of Krishnaraja Sagar dam across Cauvery River. 

Day 03: Mysore – Ooty (164 km – 04½ hr) 

Have breakfast and then leave for Ooty that is famous for green mountains and beautiful surrounding. This is the place where one can see the natural beauty along with man-made wonders. You can also watch Bandipur Wildlife Sanctuary, Kalhatty Waterfalls and Mudumalai Wildlife Sanctuary on the way. In these wildlife sanctuaries you can find about 25 tigers, leopards, 700 wild elephants, panthers, 1,000 gaur (Indian bison), bonnet monkeys, bears, flying squirrels, horned antelopes, hyenas and eagles. Take some rest at the hotel on arrival and then proceed for Ooty sightseeing. You can see the famous Botanical Garden, a stylish garden that has massive variety of plants, flowering bushes, flowers, fern house that has vast range of ferns and orchids. The garden also has a clear pool. Ooty Lake stretches for more than 2 km in length and has an irregular L shape. Here you can see the fabulous "Dodabetta Peak”, located at an altitude of 2,623 meters and is the highest point of Nilgiris hills. 

Day 04: Ooty

Have breakfast and then get ready to visit Coonoor, famous for tea plantations. You can visit Pasteur Institute that is located just opposite to the Sim's Park and was established in 1907. The beautiful Sim’s park has eight major sections and is situated in a deep ravine. The winding footpaths spread all over inside the park is its most distinctive and lovable feature. You can also see the Lamb's Rock, which is 8 km away from Coonoor and falls on the way to Dolphin's Nose. Then you will see Laws Falls, a beautiful picnic spot, situated at Coonoor-Mettupalayam road, 7 km away from Coonoor. The height of the falls is about 180 feet and is like a paradise for Nature lovers.

Day 05: Ooty – Bangalore (297 km – 07 hr) 

Leave for Bangalore early in the morning and take some rest on arrival. Here you will visit Vidhana Soudha, a wonderful building of the Neo-Dravidian style and houses the State Legislature. You can see the magnificent Ulsoor Lake that is ideal for rowing around in a boat or to sprawl on the green grass. Lalbagh, another tourist attraction, is famous for its unique achievement in nurturing the concept of horticulture. You will also get to see The Bull Temple, the oldest temples in Bangalore. It is situated in Basavanagudi and dedicated to the mount of lord Shiva, Nandi. Then you will see the Cubbon Park whose famous attractions are the marble statues of Queen Victoria and Edward VII.

Day 06: Bangalore-Departure

Have your breakfast and then pack your baggage to leave the place with a promise to return once again and some sweet memories.
